Before I continue with a tutorial on how to create a blog easily and for free at Blogger, I think we need to know first a little bit about Blogger.

It can be used for many purposes, it can be used for just a personal blog, or a blog to make money, business blog, online store website, or many more purposes. It is because the Blogger is very easy to use and has many features that support the Blogger users. And also the Blogger blog includes SEO friendly and allows Blogger users to use domain costume (own domain).
Actually there are many other free blog service providers that we can use to create a blog, but in this article I will only discuss how to create a blog on Blogger only.
How to Create a Blog or Website Using Blogger / Blogspot
Before we begin to create a free blog on blogger / blogspot, we are required to have a Blogger account first. However, if you already have a Google mail (gmail) account (if you don’t have one you can register at Gmail.com) then we don’t need to register on Blogger again. Simply log in to www.blogger.com / www.blogspot.com using email and password of your Gmail.com account, because basically Blogger.com and Gmail.com is only one account and equally owned by Google. But if you wanted to create a new account for Blogger you can follow these steps:Visit www.blogspot.com or www.blogger.com
Click on Create an account that is under Log In box
If you are finished, then click the Next Step button
Congratulations, your blog account is already finish, and not only that, your account is also as gmail account, youtube account, and many other account that related to Google.
Next step is click on the Continue to Blogger button
Select the profile that will be displayed on the blog, select Google+ profile if you want to show your Google+ profile on your blog, or select a Blogger profile if you just want to show only log. But I suggest you to select Google+ Profile because I think it will give many advantages. If you choose Google+ Profile then the button of Create a Google+ profile.
On Google+ Profile Page you can picture and write your first name and last name, these name will be seen by everyone while they visit your blog or your Google+. And if it has completed then click the Upgrade button.
On the next page, you can add friends by searching for people who are already in google +, but if you want to do it later, please click Continue, if it still rises just click Continue button again and Fixed Continue.
Furthermore, please fill out your office, school, and address, if it has done then click on Done button.
Then click the button of Continue to Blogger
Now your blogger account is finish, the next step is the steps to create your own blog with url address (sub domain), the blog title, and the blog template as we want.
A special part of the sub-domain, if the sub domain is already taken, then you should use another sub domain name.

If it’s log out, please log in again to www.blogger.com, if you have log in then choose the Blogger dashboard and follow the steps below to create a blog for free.
How to Create a New Blog On Blogger
Now I consider you have log in the blogger dashboard. Look up the New Blog button (it’s located on the left), if you have found it then click that button.
- Title: (fill in with the blog title that you want for your blog) For example: Computer Information Blog, Making Blog Guidance for Beginner, etc.
- Address: (fill in the url/blog address that you want) For example: makingblogtutorial.blogspot.com or mycomputer.blogspot.com, etc. If the blog address you have writen is still available so you can use the blog addres but if it had unavailable so you have to try new url/blog addres name, or you can choose some url name suggestions by blogger.
- Template: Please select the blog template you love. It can be changed anytime later.
- If all are fit, then click the Create Blog button.
- Congratulations, your new blog has been created.
Furthermore, you can fill the blog with your rticles, and if you want to replace your blogger template with another one you can change with your favorite template.
